I have often felt in my career that I could only bring parts of myself to the table. I created Life Crafting Strategies, Inc. to put an end to that fragmentation. With Life Crafting Strategies, Inc., I get to bring all of my varied experiences together, and my products reflect my hard-earned knowledge.

 

As a coach, I help my clients end their own fragmentation and explore paths of healing and feeling whole. With my guidance and their own answers, clients craft what path they need to walk to get to that new place.

I have earned my RN, BSN, MPH, DHSC, APHN-BC, and, most recently, my Executive Life Coach certification from Coach Training EDU, an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-an accredited training organization.
